Adam Rosen
Adam Rosen became a partner and workers’ compensation lawyer in NY at Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C. in 2000, only a few years after graduating from Hofstra Law School. He is passionate about workers’ compensation law – so much that he has dedicated his entire law career to it. Many lawyers switch around practice areas, but Adam found a niche that he cared deeply about and has built roots in it.
Adam wants to make a difference in workers’ compensation law and cares about people. This is why he works after hours to lecture at union meetings, churches, local community centers, and other places to help workers better understand their rights. Adam wants people to be able to stand up for themselves and get any compensation they deserve for the hard work and dedication they give to their company. Adam also is an active member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and was named the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. He has also decided to lead many other lawyers in the fight to recognize issues that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has been educating both the Bar and his clients in the issues that the pandemic caused and how to move forward when it comes to lawsuits and settlements regarding workers’ compensation because of this time. There are new and uncharted waters because of the unique issues the pandemic presented, so Adam wants to help lead in what to do next. Adam always wants to learn more and help with innovation in the ever-changing law field. This is why he is so active in his community and in volunteering.
